American Title & Escrow, founded in 1973, has been proudly serving South Central Montana for over 32 years. From our first location in Billings, we have expanded to the current 7 locations; two locations in Billings, plus Hardin, Red Lodge, Bozeman, Livingston, and Roundup. We started out doing Title Insurance as our main focus, but as the times change so did our business. American Title & Escrow now offers a full line of title insurance products, escrow closing services, escrow collection services, as well as the handling of 1031 exchanges through our subsidiary, American Exchange Corp. By keeping our focus on our philosophy we have been able to expand and adapt to the changing world of real estate.
